By downloading or using Shrynk, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Shrynk is an iOS application that compresses and converts photos and videos on your device. The app is developed by Jamu Labs, the trading name of James Murrells ("we", "us", "our").
Shrynk is free to download and use. The free tier allows you to compress up to 10 files per batch, with unlimited batches and unlimited use over time. No payment is required to use the free tier.
Shrynk Pro is an optional paid subscription that removes batch size limits and all advertising. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly (£3.99/month) or annual (£29.99/year) basis.
You may use Shrynk to compress and convert your own photos and videos. You must not use Shrynk to process content that:
Shrynk and all associated assets, code, and branding are owned by James Murrells. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without written permission.
Shrynk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific file size results. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files before compression.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of files, or other damages arising from your use of Shrynk. The "Replace original" feature permanently overwrites source files — use it only when you have a backup.
Shrynk is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to Shrynk. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
